It’s today that the IOSH publication ‘Coaching for safety – an introductory guide’ goes live on the IOSH website. We’ve seen first-hand through our IOSH Approved Coaching for safety classes the difference coaching skills make so we’re delighted that IOSH are endorsing them to help practitioners develop their skills and engage with colleagues and clients better.
