We have been working with Arnie for 2 years now and have built up a great working relationship.  Arnie has assisted us in reviewing our Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, undertaken our Annual Fire Risk Assessment, advised on staff training and recently taken a lead role in helping us achieve our Safe Contractor accreditation.  

We have learnt so much from Arnie.  She has a wealth of knowledge which she has readily shared with us, helping us to gain a good understanding of our Health and Safety responsibilities.  We have benefitted from her approach in not only completing tasks for us, but also spending time helping us learn and understand processes, regulations, etc. thus enabling us with the right tools to do things for ourselves going forward.

Arnie is always there when we need her and has willingly re-scheduled her own priorities to help us in more urgent situations which has been much appreciated.  She will always answer queries promptly and efficiently and provide clear advice and guidance. 

Most importantly, Arnie is a wonderful person to work with.  Her friendly and approachable nature has meant she fitted in from day one and is regarded as a valuable member of our team.
